Only upon acceptance of the terms & conditions mentioned herein, you will be entitled to submit electronic orders. Any violation of the terms will result in termination of your account.

 By registering with the Website, you can access or view the prices, product inventories, and submit purchase orders electronically. You are responsible for using the Website in a private and secure manner. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.

Order Cancellation
 You have the right to cancel an order up to 5 minutes from placing the order on our website. While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information. fishfm.com reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

 Fish FM reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms contained in these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting of such changes. Your continued use of this Website will imply your acceptance of the same.

General Information:

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original payment method.

  • We currently deliver only to addresses in our service area. Orders can also be placed by phone.

Delivery Time & Process:

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is placed.

  • All orders generally take 2–3 hours from placement, depending on stock and market conditions.

  • Products are delivered by temperature-controlled vehicles (0°C to +5°C).

Payment Terms and Processing Fees:

  • We accept cash on delivery or online payment via debit/credit card (processed through NOQOODI payment gateway).

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs depend on your order total and delivery method. They will be displayed at checkout.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

Lifestyle Items

  • Goods can be returned within 1 day with the original invoice and packaging.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refund/exchange unless faulty.

Seafood/Meat

  • No warranty is provided as items are fresh. Damaged items during delivery will be replaced.

  • No cancellation or refund for delivered and used products.

  • Issues must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery.

Warranty Disclosure:
 If products are damaged before delivery, Fish FM will replace them in their original condition.

Damaged Items in Transport:
 If packaging is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately at fishfmcalicut@gmail.com and return the products.

Protection of Your Personal Information:
 We use secure pages and SSL encryption to protect sensitive data.

Third Parties:
 We are not responsible for the privacy or practices of third-party websites linked from our site.
