Account Deletion Policy


1. How to Request Deletion
You can delete your account via:

Email: Send a request to support@fishfm.com with the subject: “Account Deletion Request”.

Profile Settings: If enabled, use the “Delete Account” option in your account dashboard.

2. What Gets Deleted
Upon confirmation:

Permanently removed: Order history, saved addresses, claimed offers, and shop registrations.

Exceptions: Transaction records required by law (e.g., financial audits) may be retained.

3. Processing Timeline
Requests are completed within 7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once done.

4. Key Considerations
Subscriptions: Cancel any active subscriptions before deletion to avoid charges.

Third Parties: Data shared with partners (e.g., NOQOODI payments) is governed by their policies.

Analytics: Non-identifiable data (e.g., browser type) may remain for operational improvement.
